Privacy Policy
How Clario collects, uses and protects the data needed to manage sessions, payments, receipts and the client portal.
Last updated: May 5, 2026
Who we are
Clario is a tool for professionals who want to organize clients, sessions, pending payments, receipts and private portal links.
You can contact us at support@yourclario.com.
Data we may process
- Account data: email, name, language and profile settings.
- Professional data: legal name, professional title, license number, billing address, phone, receipt logo and receipt preferences.
- Client data entered by the professional: name, phone, language, payment method, price, currency, sessions and payment status.
- Calendar data if you connect Google Calendar or iPhone Calendar: title, date, time and technical identifiers needed to import appointments.
- Subscription and payment data: trial status, subscription status, renewals, cancellations and Stripe or Apple identifiers. Clario does not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: basic logs, IP address, browser, device, errors needed for security and maintenance, and visit analytics if you accept their use.
How we use data
- Create and maintain your account.
- Display clients, sessions, amounts, receipts and payment statuses.
- Generate PDF receipts and private client portal links.
- Sync appointments if you connect a calendar.
- Manage subscriptions, free trials and Clario Pro access.
- Improve security, fix errors and prevent abuse.
Third-party services
We use providers needed to operate Clario, such as Supabase for authentication and database, Stripe for web payments, Apple for iOS in-app purchases, Google for Calendar if you connect it, Google Analytics if you accept analytics, and hosting/infrastructure providers.
These providers should only process the data needed to provide the relevant service.
Client portal
The client portal works through a private link. Anyone with that link may view the information attached to that portal, such as pending sessions, paid sessions and receipts.
The professional is responsible for sharing that link only with the right person.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while the account is active or while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve issues or prevent abuse.
You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to support@yourclario.com. Some receipts or records may be retained if a legal or tax obligation applies.
Security and professional responsibility
We apply reasonable security measures to protect information. Still, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Clario is an administrative tool. It does not replace a clinical record, a regulated medical system, or legal, tax or healthcare advice. Each professional must comply with the rules that apply to their activity and obtain any required client consent.
Changes
We may update this policy when Clario changes or when the law requires it. The current version will be published on this page.
