Terms of Service

The basic rules for using Clario as a professional and understanding subscriptions, receipts and the client portal.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Clario, you accept these terms. If you use Clario on behalf of a practice, company or team, you confirm that you have permission to do so.

What Clario does

Clario helps register clients, sessions, amounts, payment statuses, PDF receipts and private links so clients can view payments and receipts.

Clario does not directly process payments between the professional and the client, except for the professional's Clario Pro subscription. Session payments are recorded as administrative information.

Account and proper use

  • You must keep your credentials secure.
  • You must enter accurate information and have authorization to store your clients' data.
  • You must not use Clario for illegal activity, abuse, spam or data you do not need for the app's administrative purpose.
  • You are responsible for reviewing amounts, receipts, payment statuses and tax details before sending or using them officially.

Clario Pro subscription

Clario Pro may offer a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription of €2.99, unless another price is shown at purchase. Taxes may vary by country or platform.

On the web, the subscription is managed through Stripe. On iOS, it is managed through Apple and associated with the Apple ID used for purchase. Access is granted to the Clario account you are signed into.

You can cancel before renewal through the relevant billing portal. Purchases made on iOS are managed by Apple; Clario cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription for you.

Receipts and professional obligations

Receipts generated by Clario are administrative templates based on the data entered by the professional.

The professional is responsible for checking whether those receipts meet the legal, tax, healthcare or accounting requirements of their country.

Calendars and integrations

If you connect Google Calendar or iPhone Calendar, you authorize Clario to read the information needed to import appointments as sessions.

You can disconnect integrations at any time from the available settings.

Availability

We try to keep Clario available and working correctly, but interruptions may happen due to maintenance, bugs, external providers or causes outside our control.

We may modify, improve or remove features when needed to maintain the product.

Limitation of liability

Clario is provided as an administrative tool. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect data entered by the user, communication errors with clients, tax obligations, professional decisions or misuse of the tool.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
